Prior learning required?
To benefit fully from this course, it helps if you have developed your science skills to Key Stage 2 standard, i.e. as far as Year 6 at the end of primary schooling. But there are no specific prior learning requirements and, where necessary, there is a reminder of the basics already covered. There are no final examinations and no formal assessment at KS3 level.
